Subscription Policy

Subscribe & Save

When you select Subscribe & Save, you agree to recurring orders and automatic payments at the price and delivery frequency shown at checkout. Your subscription continues until you cancel it. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout.

Subscription discounts apply as described in your selected plan. One-time purchases do not create a subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

You can view upcoming orders, update payment details or your shipping address, skip an upcoming order, and pause or cancel your subscription through Manage Subscriptions in your customer account. You can also use the subscription management link in your subscription emails.

Pausing, Skipping, or Canceling

There is no cancellation fee or minimum purchase commitment.

To prevent the next recurring charge, complete your pause, skip, or cancellation before the scheduled billing date shown in your account. Canceling stops future recurring orders; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged.

If you need help with an order that has already been charged, contact support@qexavo.com promptly. We will check whether it can still be canceled before shipment.

Payment Issues and Availability

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the payment and notify you. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will be paused. You can update your payment information and manage your subscription through your account.

If a product is unavailable, we may retry processing the order. If it remains unavailable, that scheduled order may be skipped and you will be notified.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and eligibility for our 90-Day Happiness Guarantee are governed by our Return Policy:
